Tokens are the unit of work the writers consume: drafting, researching, fact-checking, and revising all use them. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and you see the token estimate for each piece before you commit to it. A typical researched article runs 10,000–12,000 tokens.
Nothing surprising. Drafting pauses and you can buy a token pack ($10, $25, or $50) from your billing page, or enable auto top-off to refill automatically when you run low. Purchased tokens never expire while your account is active.
The plan allowance resets each billing month. Tokens you purchase separately are yours until you use them.
Agency is priced per seat, and each seat adds its own monthly token allowance to the workspace pool. You pick the seat count at checkout and can change it anytime.
